Music In The Mountains

Join Us for Cocktails and Music in the Mountains!
If you’re in Big Sky on Thursday night, join us at Music in the Mountains, a weekly free outdoor live music concert in Len Hill Park. We’re setting up a tent so our friends and family can gather, enjoy the music, and get the party started! There will be tons of great food trucks. We’ll provide beer, wine (and maybe even Toddaritas). The park opens at 6 PM; music starts between 6:30-7. Updates to follow.
Please note that this is an outdoor event, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or layer for the evening as mountain temperatures can cool off after sunset.
Transportation will not be provided this night, but there is adequate parking just a quick walk to Music in the Mountains.

Official Wedding Weekend Welcome Dinner & Drinks!
Join us along the banks of the magnificent Gallatin River in Big Sky for fantastic BBQ and tons of fun. We are excited to kick off our wedding weekend with all of you!
This event will take place outdoors under a tent. Montana summer days are typically warm and sunny, but evenings can cool off quickly, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or layer for added comfort.
Shuttle Information:
Big Sky Resort (The Summit & The Huntley): Pickups at 5:15pm and 5:30pm.
If you are staying at The Huntley, please walk to The Summit to get on the shuttle, they share a parking lot.
The Wilson Hotel: Pickups at 5:30pm and 5:45pm.
The Yellowstone Club: Pickup at 5:30pm.
If you are staying in the Yellowstone Club, please meet at the Village Core Port Cochere to access the shuttle. The address is 12 Warrens Way, Big Sky, MT 59716, and staff will park your car.
Return times to all locations: 9:00pm and 10:00pm.
Parking is very limited at Riverhouse BBQ. Unless you need special assistance, please take the shuttle!

Shuttle Information:
Big Sky Resort (The Summit & The Huntley): Pickups at 3:45pm, 4:00pm and 4:15pm. We encourage you to take one of the first two buses for adequate time ahead of the ceremony.
If you are staying at The Huntley, please walk to The Summit to get on the shuttle, they share a parking lot.
The Wilson Hotel: Pickups at 4:00pm, 4:15pm and 4:30pm. We encourage you to take one of the first two buses for adequate time ahead of the ceremony.
Return times: 9:30pm, 10:30pm, 11:30pm, 1:00am

Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Montana summer evenings are beautiful but can cool off after sunset, so we recommend bringing a light wrap, jacket, or layer for your comfort.
Parking is not available at The Barn except for those with special needs. Please let us know in advance if you require special accommodations so we can make arrangements with Yellowstone Club.
