All events will be taking place near Big Sky, Montana.
Lodging Recommendations
We’ve secured room blocks at The Wilson Hotel and Big Sky Resort, including both The Summit Hotel and Huntley Lodge. We recommend booking early, as space in Big Sky fills quickly during the summer months. Details on rates, booking links, and reservation deadlines are included below with the links provided.

It is easiest to call one of the following taxi services, listed below, to get from the airport to your hotel or Airbnb or to rent a car at the airport, especially if you’re hoping to explore the area. We will be providing a shuttle to the Friday and Saturday night events for guests who are leaving from and returning to the Wilson, Huntley, and Summit Hotels
Uber and Lyft aren’t really widely available in Big Sky yet!

Flights
The closest Airport is Bozeman International Airport, which is a 1-hour drive to Big Sky Town Center.
Delta, American, United, Southwest, and JetBlue will operate the majority of flights in and out of BZN.
Rental Cars
Unfortunately, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are not as readily available in the Big Sky area. There are limited transfers available from the airport, so we highly recommend scheduling your Uber or Lyft now. Overall, our best recommendation is for you to rent a car to get around town and explore the area!
If you are staying in Big Sky, you can schedule transfers to and from the airport.
Big Sky is about an hour from the airport; please factor this in when considering travel time.

Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, Budget, and Dollar are on-site rental car companies at Bozeman International Airport.
