  • Casual Chic:

    Elevated casual attire (jeans and comfortable shoes)

  • Cowboy Cocktail:

    Cocktail attire (summer dresses and sport coats) but feel free to add a western flare

  • Black Tie (color encouraged)

    Men: Black/Dark tuxedos and feel free to add a pop of color with a handkerchief or bow tie!

    Women: Floor length gowns in vibrant colors encouraged!

  • Transportation will not be provided to Music in the Mountains, but there is plenty of parking with a quick walk to the music.

  • Yes, Shuttle service will be provided from the Wilson, Huntley, and Summit Hotels, as well as a designated Yellowstone Club locations for guests staying on the Yellowstone Club property.

    There will be multiple return times throughout the evening for each location. Details to follow.

  • Yes, transportation will be provided from The Wilson Hotel and the Summit and Huntley hotels. There will also be multiple return trips back throughout the evening. Check back here for timing updates in the coming months.

  • The Wilson pick up will take place from the front entrance of the hotel. The Summit and Huntley hotels are side by side, and the shuttle pick up will take place from the front entrance of the Summit Hotel.

  • Shuttle schedules will be posted on the website prior to the wedding weekend. Check back here for updates in the coming months.

  • There will be multiple return trips throughout the evening so you can head back when you are ready.
